“ Condolences to all of Jeff’s family. I worked with Mrs. Joyce White at MP&L and that is how I met Jeff and Keith; they were well liked by many, as were all her children. I know that Mrs. Joyce loved all her children and grandchildren. She was highly respected by many including me.
